Allow anyone upload files to your dropbox

I usually take a Category Cloud Web at  Dropbox. majority. A collection of files and share files with friends and members .Today i give some question from the visitor on my weblog  .He asked me how to  how to  allow the member or friends upload files to  his Dropbox  by easy way. The friends or member no need to register on dropbox .  Not have to be complicated.
